Frequently asked questions
What's included in the Total Technique Bundle?
You’ll get all four of my 6-week dancer training plans: Pirouettes, Extensions, Jumps, and Turnout, plus two bonus mini-programs (Arabesque & Penché and Fouettés & À La Seconde). Together, that’s over 24 weeks of progressive, science-based training designed to help you move more efficiently, with clear guidance and lifetime access to every plan. You’ll also receive the Ultimate Flexibility Bundle, which includes four complete flexibility courses in one. Inside, you’ll find detailed anatomy breakdowns, the science behind flexibility, guided self-assessments, a progress tracker to measure your improvements, and both active and passive training methods to expand your range safely. Combined, this system gives you everything you need to build a powerful, flexible, and resilient dancer’s body, all in one place!
I thought the Arabesque & Penché and Fouetté & À la Seconde Turn bonuses were included, but I can't find them. Where are they?
They are definitely included! To find them, you must be inside the specific main course on your dashboard. Open the module list on the left-hand side, scroll past the Week 5 & 6 sections, and you will find them at the very bottom of each program:
Arabesque & Penché: Found inside the 6-Week Extensions Program.
Flexibility for Extensions: Found inside the 6-Week Extensions Program.
Fouetté & A La Seconde Turns: Found inside the 6-Week Pirouette Program.
If you are looking for the turn bonuses, make sure you have opened the Pirouette course. If you are looking for Arabesque/Penché or Flexibility for Extensions, make sure you have opened the Extensions course.
Can I combine plans or focus on one area at a time?
Yes! The bundle is completely flexible and can be tailored to fit your goals, schedule, and current level. Here are a few ways you can approach it:
Focus on One Area at a Time: If you prefer to give your full attention to one skill, start with the course that targets what you're struggling with the most. Work through it completely, then move on to the next. This approach lets you build a strong foundation in each area before adding more.
Combine Multiple Courses Throughout the Week: If you want to work on several skills at once, you can spread them across your week. For example:
Monday: Turnout
Tuesday: Extensions
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Turns
Friday: Jumps
Saturday: Flexibility
Sunday: Rest
Ultimately, there is no single right approach. You can combine the courses in whatever way works best for you, whether that's two courses at a time, three, or all of them together. The bundle is designed to complement itself, so the courses work well alongside each other no matter how you structure your training.
The most important thing is that you find a rhythm that feels sustainable and enjoyable for you, so you stay consistent and continue to progress!
